South Parade forms part of South Liverpool Homes string of development sites along South Parade & Conleach Road in Speke which will deliver a mix of houses, apartments and bungalows. The South Parade scheme has been designed by Halsall Lloyd Partnership which comprises of 92 new build units – 57 houses and 35 apartments (across two buildings). More specifically; proposals feature 29 – two, 20 three, and 2 four – bedroom houses; 19 – one and two bedroom apartments; and 6 – two bed bungalows. Each of the bungalows and apartments will be available for affordable rent, while the houses will be offered as either affordable rent, rent to buy or shared ownership units.
