Project Description

Following the recent successful planning approval of our site at Holden Fold, Darwen for Countryside Partnerships. it’s great to see the project designs progressing well. Shape Consulting Engineers have been appointed to deliver all civil and structural aspects of the project, taking this large residential scheme from inception through to handover. The site situated within Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council will bring 477 new homes to the area with open market sales delivered between both Bovis Homes and Linden Homes along with a proportion of much-needed affordable housing delivered with our RP partner. The development will be a truly mixed-tenure scheme, offering open market sales, shared ownership, affordable rent, and PRS in a very attractive, semi-rural location.
