This system is a state-of-the-art structural system that integrates the core, shear walls, rooms and the façade of a building into a unified structure which is built ex-situ and in parallel with on-site works. Its structural steel frame and concrete panels provide a robust building fabric which surpasses cross laminated timber and all other methods of off-site construction.
