We were delighted to receive some fantastic feedback from Executive Director Paul Sumner of PAS (NW) Ltd following a recent site visit to our Peel Hall residential development alongside Barry Wilson, Louie Regan, Matthew Chambers & Jacob Prytherch.

The visit was led by Barry Wilson, Managing Director at Shape Consulting Engineers, who caught up with Paul on site progress. The team were able to see first-hand the excellent work being carried out by PAS (NW) Ltd and Vistry Group on the first phase parcel, which will deliver 170 new homes within this landmark 1,200-home development in the Warrington Borough Council area.
Progress across the site has been rapid, with foundations and ground floor slabs already in place and new roads and drainage being set out. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail are evident throughout, with Paul and his team at PAS (NW) Ltd playing a central role in driving delivery forward.
Once complete, Peel Hall will bring forward a vibrant new community, providing a wide mix of market sale and affordable homes. Bovis Homes and Linden Homes are leading the sales offering, while Torus is delivering the affordable housing element – ensuring the scheme creates lasting value for Warrington and its residents.
