Shape Consulting Engineers are working closely with Vistry Group to deliver 1200 new homes at their Peel Hall site in Warrington. Following the grant of outline planning permission at the High Court in 2021 we are delighted that the first reserved matters application is now up and running with the Council. It’s been great working with our Client Vistry Group alongside Architect Baldwin Design to progress such a large site to this crucial stage.
