After a long and intense 18 months, we are delighted to share that Dye House has been validated and the planning process is underway.
The project brings forward 45 new homes to Prescot, Knowsley and most importantly, the scheme is 100% affordable.
This unique site sits at the gateway to Prescot Town Centre as one of the borough’s Sustainable Urban Extension sites released from the Green Belt and allocated for housing under the Knowsley Local Plan Core Strategy.
The scheme has been designed by, Group D Architects, who have worked tirelessly within the complex parameters that the site has continued to throw up. The two apartment blocks and various house types have been carefully designed with a bold and contemporary, yet sympathetic approach.
There is still a long journey ahead, nevertheless this marks a definitive moment for the project.
